Last night at the 26th Annual Phoenix Medical Device and Diagnostic Conference in Half Moon Bay, Calif., Auris Health recieved second place for the 2019 Phoenix Emerging Growth Company Award – a prestigious annual award that recognizes outstanding achievements by individuals and companies in the medical device and diagnostics industries.

Auris, which raised over $750 million in funding, was acquired by Johnson & Johnson for $3.4 billion in April this year. Since Auris commercially launched the Monarch Platform last year, more than 1,000 procedures have been performed using the technology in the United States.
The Phoenix 2019 Emerging Growth Company Award nominates organizations that have undergone a strategically significant merger, dramatic growth in sales, major new product or service offering, or highly successful IPO. Award categories include most promising new product, emerging growth company, Phoenix Innovator and life achievement. Past recipients of the Emerging Growth Company Award include Ardian, Acclarent, CoreValve, SurgRx, IntraLase, Align and Target Therapeutics.
